Mark Moses and the new Risograph

Missionary Mark Moses had worked for a year to develop leadership training materials in English and two years to translate them into the Ilonggo language for use in church planting. The materials were finally complete, but he needed a high-speed printer to be able to publish them affordably.

Mark let us know that the Risograph printer model they needed would cost almost $4,000. We did not have the money at that time to send, but we knew that we would be a part of this and God would provide the resources. Within a few months with the help of caring individuals and churches, we had raised the funds to buy the needed printer. In the first few days, they printed almost 47,000 pages of materials in English and Ilonggo.

Sadly, Mark and his wife Jan had to come back to the U.S. for medical reasons soon after they purchased the printer. God provided the Risograph just in time for Mark's work to be published. Jan died in the U.S. in February, 2007. (More on IMB website) Please pray for Mark and his children as they return to the Philippines.
